Adaptive Coaching
Strength looks different on every child.
For kids with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs — including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and emotional disabilities — sports become a safe place to grow.
What sessions look like
Every session follows a predictable rhythm: a warm check-in, a skill focus, a game, and a positive close. We celebrate small wins, adapt in real time, and never push past what a child is ready for.
Sessions take place at home, local parks, or partner facilities across Los Angeles, one-on-one or in carefully matched small groups.

- Emotional regulation and frustration tolerance through play
- Social skills, turn-taking, and teamwork
- Gross motor development and coordination
- Confidence that carries into school and home
- Consistent routines and clear visual structure
- Close communication with parents, therapists, and schools
